A. Half of them aren't running again so you can "remember" them all you want and

B. I got my larger property tax rebate so tax all the health club memberships you want.

It is always good when someone gets money back from NJ so that is a good thing. The health club comment was made tongue in cheek. Per this bill, we now also pay sales tax on the following:
1. Digital property (itunes)
2. Software
3. Delivery charges
4. Information services (like charges by you insurance company, lawyer etc)
5. Landscaping (technically including your neighbor who mows your lawn)
6. Flooring installation
7. Self Storage
8. Any initiation fees or due in a "club" of any kind (shoppign club health club etc)
9. Tanning
10. Massage
11. Tatooing
12. Parking
13. Magazines

These are in addition to the 1% increase on all sales taxes already in existance.

I am not sure how much larger you got in terms of a rebate or how much higher your taxes were to cause it but I wonder if you didn't pay for your rebate out of your own pocket.
